Protein Ice Cream

 

 


This simple protein ice cream is creamy, naturally sweet, and perfect for a summer afternoon.


 

Ingredients

 

 

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 scoop Farmers Protein

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

 


 

Instructions

 

 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until thick and creamy.

  3. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer scoop.
